After I had seen the last Harry Potter movie trailers I was pretty much sure I would not like it because as a book fan they removed a lot of things from it. Now, when the new movie is coming I had my own apprehensions as I didn’t really like the book. The book was just the build up for the book after it, so it made the reading a little boring compared to the other books where I was gripped the whole time.
I have been seeing HP-OOP trailer all over the place and I must say that I liked it very much. I guess they have used only the best part out of the whole book and that made it eeasy for them to compress the whole thing into one movie. The effects of the movie seems to be getting better and better which should be happening considering the improvement animation technology. I guess they might be probably changing small parts of the story here and there to make it easy to tell.
It seems it will release here on 13th July too which is quite good considering that I can watch it in theatres as I have my holidays going on. I am really excited about the movie and I feel like they should put the whole unedited movie into the DVD like it was done with the Lord of The Rings where the movies on DVD were nearly of 4 and a half hours.

Its true that the LORT extended editions were 4:15 or some thing, But i guess you didnt notice the credits at the end took upto 25 min or something..So i was a bit dissapointed….so the actual run time might be 3:35. So its jus an extension of 30 min, on contarary to what most of us take it to be an extra 1 hour..

But still they were able to add a lot of elements to the film, I wished that they could do that with the HP films too, I mean adding things that were in the book and shot but were edited from the final print.

The only thing I didn’t like was a scene in the trailers showing Harry seing Voldeemort in the Kingscross station. I found that disturbingly silly. As Ron said in the H-BP, Voldemort would hardly be standing behind a bookshelf(in Diagon Alley)!(or he did say something similar to that)…

I dont remember the book word by word and that Kingcross stuff was just to show harry’s darkest fear. I mean the director just tried to show how scared Harry was after seeing him for real.
