Well, there are many kind of arts and one I am going to talk about is totaly different. I am going to talk about ‘the art of kneading a dough’. Kind of funny everyone would think but when you endup at home alone with nothing but a bag of wheat flour and some pickle this is the best option. Most of the Indians know what a ‘Roti’ or ‘Chappati’ is its just some wheat flour made into thin round shape very similar to pizza crust but much thinner.Now for all those guys(even girls) who end up home alone and have to cook here are some wasy wayd to make it.
If you are making it for yourself you wont need much of the wheat flour so, don’t take too much of it. As it’s less take a smaller vessel which is like the one you use to boil water and stuff as you won’t want to drop any flour out of it. Next thing never forget salt, put only a teaspoon or two not more than that or if you want too much of it you can put more of it. Then water take water in some tumbler or a bottle and yeah it should be drinking water. Now just let the magic begin. Put the salt in the flour which is inside the vessel now put a little of water mix it and keep on pouring water in it but only small-small quantities at a time so you can make sure that it doesn;t become fully watery. Now if you have or had seen your mother(even father) do it, you might get a hang of it. So what do you do if you end up makking it watery. Just do one thing and put more water and make it in think consistency then what do you get; quite simple wheat ‘dosa‘. Now just spread that on hot pan using a really big spoon or a ladle in very small quantity and spread it have your wheat ‘dosa‘. If the you haven’t made it watery then simply make small balls of it and use rolling pin to make the chapatis and cook them on a pan. Don’t care if they dont become perfect round atleast if they become like a map it means you are good at geography.
You can have anything you have available with it. Now next time you are stuck home alone and with no money you can try cooking.

Well, I have seen whole lot of miracles, one of the rarest things you see a lot in India. I had seen when I was around in class 1st or 3rd, how the idols of Ganapathi had started drinking milk, then I remember one that happened while I was in Baroda(Gujarat), all the Shivlings(small cylindrical idols related to Lord Shiva-for those who don’t about it) having ‘OHM’(the sign of course) on its head section. Now, get yourselves ready for the latest miracle. Water of sea which is usually salty has turned sweet. Sweet refers to normal drinking water. Its on a beach in Mahim(Mumbai). People have started to go to the place and are drinking the water. I wouldn’t have posted anything about it If the beaches of India were as well-maintained as those of many other countries and to tell the beaches of India(almost all of them) are in terrible conditions. Garbage overflows in these beaches and people who are drinking the water seems to have no problem with it. These beaches have high content of chloride and many other minerals which are not good for the body when taken in high proportions. Well, Indians never listen to any warnings anyway. This incident has been related to ‘God’s Miracle’, I can’t say anything on people’s sentiments though I must say it’s unhealthy to drink the water. There are many scientific theories for this phenomenon, some of them are yucky, some of them are logical and some are just….. So I will tell the three most talked about reasons in the news.
- This is a very rational and logical reason- A river which flows into the sea has supposed been overflowing making a small area of the sweet water in the sea. But the criticism of this theory is that the water near the mouth of the river where it flows into the sea is not sweet.
- This reason seems to be more scientific but still makes sense and is not a very pleasing one as the earlier one. Some scientists say it might be that the amount of sewage water going into the sea might have increased and created such a phenomenon. After hearing this I am not even going to meet anyone who has drunk that water.
- Well for the third reason its the God’s Miracle reason. Many believe it to be God’s work to tell us that he is still there. It has been for years Indians are always the superstitious lot.
Now for all those who have really drunk that water God save them from any disease. I only hope that only if we weren’t such superstitious sort of people. We will have to wait and see what the scientists say after tasting..oops I mean testing the water.

It seems I forgot how to blog I suppose but I will get over that. I always have the blocks were I dont understand what to post, how to post, when to post. Sometimes I feel overloaded with ideas and sometimes I feel i can’t even think of a thing.Well as it’s random post I will try to be as random as possible. The site MeraWindows says that it will send you a free DVD of Vista beta if you register(personally I believe its fake.). Then had taken a small vacation and left chennai for some days before that I had got sick. Well and recently went mad listening to Green Day and nearly listened to some 100 songs of their’s in a day. Still learning how to make vectors and found a good tutorial, If you are good with Illustrator do look at it here. The tutorial is amazing with nice explaination on how to make real looking vector images of people. Well being simply in boring mood I didn’t try it.
Its been a week or so since I last posted. I always try to be by book and post mostly tech or web related stuff well I guess now I will post just anything that comes to my mind and will keep in mind to increase my typing speed and accuracy. I have been a bit lazy and have left posting of many good stuff, well I will try to post most of the stuff If possible and yeah I am damn late I was in train yesterday so I wasn’t much involved in the celebration of Independence Day and I regret that. Well fellow patriots I have feeling for my country though I didnt’ post anything on 15th of August that doesn’t mean I am not patriotic.
