Extension MAD
No its not a new Firefox extension but it tells how mad i am about my extensions. I never knew how many extensions i had until tonight. I saw a Top Post on Wordpress telling about some good Firefox extensions I checked it out and i had the best among them already but thought of checking how many I have. When I saw it I was like what the hell. Just take a look:

I never knew I had so many and most of them I use too. I recently removed some Extension like foxy tunes because they took the space in the status bar. Still I never knew I had 22 extensions I know people have more but I have 22 and I use them all. Funny I guess I am really mad.
Oh yeah i edited the picture to fit all the extensions in one file the scroll bar makes it look wierd though

My extension list will soon reach 30 as i download new every now and then and seeing ur list John i downloaded the session saver. The gmail skins gives different colre to ur gmail account and gspace allows u to upload files to ur gmail though it hasnt been working for sometime.
Tina i had more took them of as i hated some will once again download foxy tunes though. Man i need to be out of my heads to have so many extensions

Its OK to have as many exts as one likes provided you use it and/or find it useful sometime, after all thats what they are built for isnt it?

Extensions really slow down my Firefox like hell so I used to have 14 but removed 8 just today before I spotted this post!
I love Keyconfig but unfortunately I can’t code for it so I try prefs.js I use Foxy Tunes, Blinklist Toolbar SEOpen mainly.

My firefox takes exactly 8 seconds to start though frustating it never increases or decreases i mean even if i have 00 extensions its the same. So not a big prob for me anyways

Guys, to be frank I have not used Firefox much since Opera became free. But after Google Toolbar 2 released for Firefox I have been thinking to start using it too.
But I want your opinion, Is Firefox that good. I mean, I like Opera because its fast. How about Firefox. It has extension support and what else.
Will Google release it’s Toolbar for Opera?

you like google toolbar the only thing i hate is that toolbar. It drives me mad

Personally, I didnt find any speed improvement in Opera whilst comparing it with Fx. The fact that adding even 30 exts to my FX doesnt slow its startup or hang time makes it more better. People like opera cause it looks good, but it doesnt possess the potential as Fx does with a dozen exts. Also Opera isnt that good at page render in which Fx rules the world! And to speak of IE, how does one start it? is it Run > iexplore.exe or what?? been long since seeing it, was taking a history lesson on it yesterday…

The only thing that attracted my attention in opera was it looks nothing else matched the goodness of FF though and as i had sais my start up time for FF never changes

I do know but I like fully opened but it doesnt leave me space with extened satus bar. About Tab X i was gonna take it off anyways as the FireFox 2.0 is gonna have the X in all tabs by default. And yeah i know about middle clickin gbut sometimes Tab X is useful
